 Balasore, Orissa
Our oldest plant is located at Balasore, Orissa which is 260 kms from Kolkata, West Bengal and 200 kms form Bhubaneswar, the capital of Orissa. The plant is located on a sprawling six acre campus and has over 1,00,000 sq. ft of covered shed area housing 15 extrusion plants, 9 injection moulding machines and allied state-of-art machinery. This facility also houses independent buildings for quality control, R & D and godowns. We have a natural reservoir within the campus to store rain water and assist in maintaining ground water level. It provides all the water required for our plant and we also recycle the water that we use. We believe in using our resources sparingly and responsibly. The plant has a production capacity of 20,000 MT for PVC pipes, 7,500 MT of HDPE & MDPE pipes and 2,000 MT of fittings per annum. It provides direct employment to 300 people and indirect employment to another 1,000. Behror, Rajasthan Our second plant is located in the Industrial Area (Phase II) of Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation Ltd., better known as RIICO Industrial Area Phase II at Behror, Dist: Alwar, Rajasthan. It is located on NH 8, midway between New Delhi and Jaipur, the state capital of Rajasthan. We have 5 nos. of PVC extruders and 2 nos. of HDPE extruders which can produce PVC pipes of up to 225 mm diameter and HDPE pipes of up to 200 mm diameter. The installed capacity for PVC is 10,000 MT and 5,000 MT for HDPE. It is another modern factory with a well equipped laboratory capable of conducting tests conforming to various testing parameters laid down by BIS, ASTM etc. Bagnan, West Bengal The newest addition to our family was commissioned in 2009. It is situated on NH6 in Howrah district and is only 52 kms away from the city of Kolkata. The plant produces PVC pipes and fittings, CPVC pipes and fittings and LLDPE vertical water storage tanks. This plant has an installed production capacity of 5,000 MT for PVC, 1,000 MT for CPVC and 14,600 KL of LLDPE water tanks per annum.
